TurnKey Reservation Growth

Generating reservations (bookings/stays) on turnkeyvr.com was my primary goal as the Website Product Owner.

Here’s how my team grew reservations on the TurnKey website from my start in January 2018 to our acquisition by Vacasa in Q1 2021:

*Reservations by month and year on the TurnKey website, 2017 - Q1 2021. Note that high season runs from later spring into the summer.*

Comparing Q1 2017 to Q1 of 2021, the TurnKey website saw a 308% increase in reservations.

Note that beginning in late February through April 2020, Covid-19 had a major impact on all aspects of the travel industry, including vacation rentals, causing reservations to plummet. However, the VR industry was quicker to recover than other travel verticals.
